The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or CDC describes cerebral palsy as a group of disorders that affect a person’s ability to move and maintain posture and balance. Cerebral Palsy is the most common motor disability in children. CP is caused by abnormal development of the brain and affects the person’s ability to control his muscles.
